Clustag launches InLine, the new division of solutions for intralogistics automation integrators

Clustag InLine is our new division of solutions and services designed for intralogistics automation integrators. Through InLine, we bring together identification, control and inspection technologies for logistics and industrial lines and flows, combining adaptable solutions with specialized expertise, technical know-how and ongoing support.

As a global provider specialized in RFID projects for major companies and operators in the retail sector, we are building on our experience developing and deploying high-demand RFID solutions and working on international projects to make these capabilities available to intralogistics automation integrators.

“We have created this new business division to offer integrators a broader range of solutions that are easier to incorporate into their projects.”

As the CEO Manolo Reguart explains, the objective is to combine different technologies with technical knowledge and ongoing service, helping integrators respond more quickly to their customers while providing the peace of mind of long-term solutions and support.

What Clustag InLine brings to intralogistics automation

Clustag InLine brings together different technologies that can be integrated into conveyors, sorters, order picking, e-commerce, parcel handling, packaging and dispatch, according to the needs of each individual project.

Part of our technical expertise comes from Labelmasters, a company recently incorporated into Clustag to add experience in automatic label printing and application, as well as volumetric measurement and weighing systems.

Solutions adapted to each project

There is no single configuration for every logistics or industrial operation. The solution required depends on the real conditions of each facility.

As Giuseppe Vernone, Technical Manager at Clustag InLine, explains, factors including the product, line speed, application position and environment determine the solution required. Our experience enables us to adapt each system accordingly.

A technology partner for integrators

Our ambition with Clustag InLine is to become a technology partner for intralogistics automation integrators, helping them identify the solution that best fits each project and providing expertise, products and responsiveness whenever required.

Carles Barberá, Sales Manager at Clustag InLine, describes our role as making integrators’ work easier while giving them confidence that a specialized team is behind them throughout the project.

Specialized support throughout the project

The Clustag InLine service includes several forms of technical assistance designed to support integrators.

With a European focus and international experience, we offer integrators proven solutions, technical documentation and specialized support, prioritizing reliability, proximity and speed of response.

Turning operational data into decisions

For end customers, the Clustag InLine offering is designed to translate into more traceable and efficient processes. Through automatic identification, verification, measurement, inspection and automation capabilities, the objective is to turn data and images into operational decisions and prevent incidents before they affect production or service.
