To reinforce our culture of integrity, we provide an Internal Reporting Channel accessible to employees, collaborators, suppliers, and any person related to our operations.

This confidential and secure channel enables the reporting, communication, or denunciation of any conduct that may constitute:

Each report initiates an internal investigation procedure, ensuring confidentiality, optional anonymity, and protection for those who report regulatory breaches and corruption-related conduct.

We commit to acting responsibly, impartially, and respectfully upon receipt of any report, and to implementing corrective measures as necessary.

What conduct can be reported?

This channel allows the reporting of any conduct that may involve:

  • Workplace health and safety, including workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination based on sex
  • Equal opportunity, fair treatment, professional development, and any form of discrimination
  • Relationships with third parties, including conflicts of interest, gifts, fraud, corruption, bribery, illicit payments or collections, misuse of privileged information, and corporate social responsibility
  • Competition law violations and unfair competition
  • Intellectual and industrial property rights violations
  • Protection of personal data in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Non-compliance with internal policies and applicable labor, tax, administrative, or other legal regulations
  • Environmental and sustainability commitments
  • Financial, accounting, or tax irregularities

In cases of harassment, the specific protocol established for such matters will be followed.

What conduct is not covered by this channel?

This channel is not designed to receive customer complaints or claims, which must be managed through the corresponding Customer Service department.

Guarantees and Procedure

  • Reports may be submitted anonymously or identified.
  • The identity of the whistleblower is protected, and retaliation is strictly prohibited.
  • Clustag SL guarantees confidential and transparent communication throughout the process with the compliance department.
  • All reports will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, including Law 2/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers and anti-corruption measures.
