RFID DATA SOFTWARE

Clustag’s Software is designed to capture data from RFID tags through Clustag RFID devices in real time that can decode, organise, classify and exchange data.

Its task is to maintain a continuous and uninterrupted information exchange between Clustag RFID devices and customer-defined information systems or databases. Thanks to its flexibility, scalability and adaptability, the programme does not make mistakes and does not need to take breaks. In addition, all data collection is centralised.

Zentup is software that sits between RFID readers and enterprise applications (such as warehouse management systems WCS and WMS; or enterprise resource planning systems, ERP). Its main function is to manage and process the data captured by RFID hardware, i.e. in Clustag intralogistics solutions containing Zentup.

Zentup operates in the network and moves data from the RFID devices to the warehouse management system. Its basic functions include monitoring, data management and device management.

Data Capture

Zentup captures and decodes the collected data obtained by RFID readers from tags in a warehouse, converting it into useful and understandable data.
When Zentup decodes the data, it encapsulates information appropriately for use. This encapsulated data is sent to the inventory management system. This management system is already pre-configured to receive and process the data from the RFID tags, updating the inventory information automatically and in real time.

Encoding

Zentup can encode, record specific information, on RFID tags used to track products in a supply chain. This process is essential to maintain data accuracy, as it involves updating the status or adding additional data to RFID tags.
Through Clustag’s RFID solutions, Zentup by default collects data from the tags and reports it, although advanced solutions are available that also allow information to be rewritten to the tag chip.
Clustag solutions are designed for integration with customer data management systems allowing information exchange with the system whether it is ERP, WMS, WCS or even AGV.

Order picking

Zentup facilitates order picking by connecting RFID tag data to the customer’s warehouse management system. Simultaneously, Zentup helps to detect errors in real time.
The Zentup device adds up the number of items to a pre-determined replenishment figure, ensuring that stock levels are kept within the desired quantities.
This constant exchange of data allows the expected quantity to be compared with the actual contents of each box, detecting over- and under-contents, as well as erroneous items. This is done by continuously reading RFID tags and comparing them with expected quantities to ensure accurate inventory management.
